After customers book their flights, we’ll send a trigger email containing relevant content about their destination. Since we know when they’re arriving and how long they’re staying in that city, we can feed content through Delta360 about what is happening around that time, deals with restaurants and hotels, places to shop, or even activities they can take part in.
