The Challenge
El Jimador is Mexico's best-selling tequila — but its authenticity story wasn't breaking through in the US market. The brand needed a digital presence that could compete with more premium-positioned spirits while staying true to its roots as a real, working-class tequila made by real jimadores in the fields of Jalisco.
The Approach
We built the digital experience around the brand's most compelling asset: its heritage. The art direction drew from the visual world of Jalisco — rich earth tones, textured surfaces, and the honest craftsmanship of agave farming. Cinematic photography and bold typography created a premium feel without losing the brand's authentic, approachable character.
The brand site took visitors on a journey from agave field to glass, building appreciation for the craft behind every bottle while making the cocktail culture of El Jimador feel accessible and inviting.
